As I mark my 29th year since debuting, I find myself still walking this journey with all of you. Time has passed, but the one driving force that has brought me this far has always been your love and unwavering support. The 2025 project is a special event that I’ve prepared to share both the journey so far and the dreams ahead with you. As always, I’m putting my heart and soul into making the 2025, Our Story album more complete and meaningful than ever. More than anything, I want to strengthen our connection, involve you in the creative process, and make this album even more special by sharing this journey together. Through this project, I hope to express my heartfelt gratitude for the love you’ve given me—through music. We’ve come a long way together, and we will continue moving forward as one. I truly believe this will be a time to create music, connect with you, and give back the love I’ve received. The album set to be released in 2025 won’t just be my creation—it will be an album made with you. By joining this project, each and every one of your voices and love will become a part of this album. Where can I check official announcements regarding the fundraising progress?
All official announcements regarding the event will only be made through the artist’s Instagram, the official channel Fromm, and the website where you submitted your application.
Please do not rely on unofficial sources or personal opinions. All accurate and official information will only be provided through the official channels mentioned above. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us via email.
How long is the benefit period for the package?
The activities are limited to the release and promotion of the 2nd MINI Album, but they may be extended depending on the situation. Any updates regarding this will be announced later.
is international shipping available?
International shipping is not available. Please use a shipping proxy service and provide a domestic address and contact information.
Will the album be available for purchase later?
This 2nd MINI Album is exclusively available to those who participate in the project funding. Therefore, apart from the designated quantity, there are currently no plans for additional sales.
When will the VVIP giveaway winners be announced?
There are currently five types of giveaway items available, and more may be added depending on the funding status. Winners will be notified within 10 days after the funding ends (including stage costumes, etc.).
What happens after I submit my sponsorship application?
After submitting your sponsorship application, the following steps will take place:
Application Review – Our team will review your application to ensure all details are correct.
Confirmation Email – If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further details on how to proceed with your sponsorship.
What is the refund policy?
The refund policy is as follows:
If the project is fully canceled, sponsors will receive a refund.
If there are partial changes or reductions in the project, refunds will not be provided.
If the total funding amount is significantly lower than expected, partial refunds may be considered, but further details will be provided after the funding period ends.
If the funding amount exceeds expectations, additional benefits may be added for sponsors.
What if I have trouble communicating due to language barriers?
If you experience any difficulties in communication, a translator will assist in resolving them, so please feel free to reach out anytime.
Could there be errors in the translated content?
Since a translation tool was used, there may be some errors. If you notice any mistakes, please let us know, and we will correct them immediately.
